dugaan tindak pidana tertentu yang telah terjadi\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0atau\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0.6px;\">akan terjadi yang melibatkan pegawai dan orang lain yang yang dilakukan dalam organisasi tempatnya bekerja, dimana\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0.6px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0pelapor bukan merupakan bagian dari pelaku kejahatan yang dilaporkannya.<\/span><\/p><h5>\u00a0<\/h5><h5><b>Persyaratan Pelayanan<\/b><\/h5><p>Syarat\/kriteria laporan bertanggungjawab\/terlibat dan terkait dalam perbuatan tersebut<\/p><p>3.<b><i>Where<\/i><\/b>; Dimana tempat terjadinya perbuatan tersebut dilakukan<\/p><p>4.<b><i>When<\/i><\/b>; Kapan waktu perbuatan pelanggaran tersebut dilakukan<\/p><p>5.<b><i>How<\/i><\/b>; Bagaimana cara perbuatan tersebut dilakukan (modus, cara, dan sebagainya)<\/p><p>6.<b><i>Evidence<\/i><\/b>; Dilengkapi bukti permulaan (dokumen\/gambar\/rekaman) yang mendukung.<\/p><h5>\u00a0<\/h5><h5><b>Sistem Mekanisme dan Prosedur<\/b><\/h5><ol><li>Laporkan melalui <a
